NORF - The SWBIC Open Reading Frame detection and translation tool finds open reading frames (regions bound by start and stop codons and therefore possible gene coding regions) in nucleotide sequences. It produces the translated amino acid sequence of each orf detected. This tool is an integral part of the game and is not available as an independent tool. An interactive orf finder is available from NCBI at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gorf/gorf.html.
